Green Apple Group team members are credentialed as specialists within the industry as CSI Construction Document Technologists and LEED-APs. This means we are qualified to write specifications, product submittal documents and offer a range of other professional services to the architectural community. We regularly attend regional meetings and trade shows within the industry and we are accredited by the American Institute of Architects to develop professional training programs for its members.

Paul Nutcher, CSI CDT President
Paul Nutcher is the President of Green Apple Group, LLC and he spearheads the sustainability consultant and marketing strategies for the agency’s clients. He has more than 10 years of industry experience and specializes in strategies for "green" positioning, branding and lead generation. He has published more than 20 technical articles on environmentally friendly building practices and other construction topics for trade journals and industry Web sites. He frequently speaks on the subject of sustainability at conferences throughout the country. Mr. Nutcher is a former investigative reporter who worked at the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review and the Daytona Beach News-Journal. His nearly nine-year background in journalism included coverage of business, politics and environmental issues. He is the current communications director and founding member of the U.S. Green Building Council's Central Florida Chapter, and a board member of the Construction Specifications Institute of Greater Orlando. His qualifications include a Construction Document Technologist designation from CSI, the LEED-AP (Accredited Professional) from the USGBC and an English writing degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Helen Teller, Creative Director
Helen Teller’s creative direction on national campaigns have won numerous awards. Her client list includes, the Discovery Channel, Signature Wines, and the Sierra Club, among others. She has had years of creative management experience during her more than 20-year career. She graduated with high honors from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh gaining dual degrees in computer animation and commercial art.

Peter Soutullo, Art Director
Peter Soutullo learned what Green Apple Group does for its building industry clientele earlier in his creative career at the former PRB Design Studio Inc.,( the predecessor to Green Apple Group). He returns to the agency with more experience gained at Progressive Communications of Lake Mary, and from work on campaigns with several other of Orlando’s top agencies, where he collaborated on ADDY award winning projects.  His work for construction industry clients during his 11-year career includes projects for Arch Aluminum & Glass, Moultrie Manufacturing, Titan America, Burke Mercer Flooring, Ytong, Summi Glass, and Meritage Homes. He is a graduate with honors from the University of Central Florida where he received a bachelor’s degree in Art/Graphic Design.

Stephan Boehringer, Director of Multimedia
Stephan Boehringer knows the building industry through his work for Paradigm Industries where he successfully developed a 100,000 sq. ft. mini-storage facility.  At Green Apple Group, he brings additional multimedia capabilities gained during campaigns for several real estate management companies as well as clients such as Cessna, Nike, University of Texas, Master Card, Verizon, Target (Red Campaign), and Gulfport Energy. His past accomplishments in Internet Business Consulting have earned him the coveted Golden Web Award.  Stephan speaks fluent German and will lead Green Apple Group’s launch of an international business development team for our clients interested in reaching the German marketplace. Green Apple’s presence in Germany will be especially advantageous to our clients marketing overseas with Euros due to the weak American dollar.

Pete Nutcher, Technical Director
Pete Nutcher has served as a consultant to manufacturers interested in energy savings and pollution control since 1998. For Green Apple Group, he will assist our clients on determining the embodied energy and other life cycle analysis data collection necessary for such analysis. He is also available for consulting on improvements to the energy efficiency and environmental impact of the manufacturing process.  His past services to clients have included combustion improvements, emission reduction, equipment modification, heat recovery addition, control system upgrades and alternative techniques in order to minimize fuel usage and/or hazardous pollutants, save money and meet permit conditions.  Previously he was Chief Operating Officer and President of Process Combustion Corporation (PCC), which he founded in 1969. His work for PCC included the design, sales, engineering and troubleshooting on projects for Fortune 500 companies worldwide. His more recent consulting clients including: Calgon Carbon, Corhart, FMC, General Electric, International Paper, Kalumentals, Owens Corning, Petro Canada, RHI (Harbison Walker), Solutia, and Touchstone Laboratories.  He has presented and authored more than 12 technical papers involving fuel efficiency improvements and reduced emission technology. He is named as inventor of seven patents dealing with the combustion processes and thermal equipment.

Thomas White, Senior Copywriter
Thomas White, Public Relations Manager, brings an in-depth knowledge of environmental issues and government regulations facing product manufacturers today. He is a former journalist with the Ocala Star Banner, a New York Times regional newspaper, and the St. Petersburg Times. He has covered environmental and government beats at these highly regarded daily newspapers. His experience brings a valuable understanding of how the media judges the newsworthiness of public relations materials sent to editors and reporters on our client’s behalf. With his expertise, Green Apple has a proven record of developing news releases with a high probability of getting published.
